  • Research use only. Not for human or animal consumption. All research compounds offered by New-U are supplied exclusively as laboratory research materials. They are not medicines, supplements, foods, cosmetics or veterinary products, and are not supplied for human or animal consumption, administration, diagnosis, treatment, prevention or therapeutic use.

    01 Scope and acceptance

    These Terms apply when you access new-u.io, create an account, or place an order for research materials. By placing an order you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with them, please do not place an order.

    New-U Research Compounds is a trading brand operated by Hilxera Distribution Services LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Unless otherwise stated at the point of sale, orders placed through new-u.io are contracted with Hilxera Distribution Services LLC.

    These Terms sit alongside our Privacy Policy, our Shipping & Delivery policy and our Replacement Policy. Where a detailed operational rule is set out on one of those pages, that page is the fuller statement and these Terms give the contractual summary. Where the two could be read as inconsistent on a point of contractual obligation, these Terms govern.

    02 Version applicable to an order

    The Terms applicable to an order are the version displayed and in force when that order is placed. Updates to these Terms apply prospectively and do not retrospectively alter completed transactions unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed.

    Every published revision carries a version number and an “Updated” date at the top of this page, and is recorded in the version history below. Superseded revisions are never deleted from that record. If you need the wording as it stood on the day you placed a particular order, contact us with your order reference and we will provide it.

    We may revise these Terms to reflect changes in our operations, our suppliers, our payment or fulfilment arrangements, or applicable law. Continuing to browse the site is not itself acceptance of a revised version; the version that binds a given transaction is the one in force when that transaction was entered into.

    03 Eligibility and purchaser confirmations

    By placing an order you confirm that:

  • you are at least 21 years of age , or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if that is higher;
  • you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and where you order on behalf of an organisation you are authorised to bind it;
  • the acquisition, importation and possession of the research materials you are ordering is lawful in the destination jurisdiction;
  • the materials are being acquired for laboratory or research purposes and not for human or animal use;
  • you accept responsibility for lawful storage, handling and disposal of the materials, and for compliance with any institutional biosafety rules that apply to you; and
  • you are not relying on New-U for medical, clinical, veterinary or legal advice.
  • These confirmations are given each time an order is placed, and are a condition of supply. We may decline or cancel an order where we reasonably believe any of them is inaccurate.

    04 Research-use-only status

    All research compounds offered by New-U are supplied exclusively as laboratory research materials. They are not medicines, supplements, foods, cosmetics or veterinary products and are not supplied for human or animal consumption, administration, diagnosis, treatment, prevention or therapeutic use.

  • Materials must be handled by suitably trained personnel in an appropriate research environment.
  • Materials must be stored in the conditions stated on the product page and product label.
  • The research materials in our catalogue are not authorised by any medicines regulator (including the FDA, MHRA or EMA) for human or veterinary use, and we do not represent them as authorised medicines.
  • We make no representation as to suitability, efficacy or outcome for any use outside controlled laboratory research.
  • Any use of a research material outside its stated purpose is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
  • New-U does not provide medical, clinical or veterinary advice, does not recommend or calculate quantities for any person or animal, and nothing on this site or in correspondence with our team should be read as doing so.

    05 Product identification and vial codes

    New-U uses abbreviated product-identification codes on research-vial labels. These codes identify the research compound and, where applicable, its stated vial strength or presentation.

    A vial code is not necessarily the complete manufacturing batch or laboratory report number printed directly on the vial. Customer-facing vial identification, production batch information and analytical-report information are three related but distinct records, and they are not all printed on every label.

    New-U maintains fulfilment and supplier records that associate released inventory with the applicable production batch and analytical documentation. Where batch-specific analytical documentation is published, it can be reviewed through the New-U Certificate of Analysis library.

    If you require confirmation relating a vial received to its associated product record or analytical documentation, contact New-U with your order reference and the identification code appearing on the vial or packing documentation. We will use the associated fulfilment record to identify the relevant inventory documentation.

    Packaging and specification changes

    Packaging designs and label presentation may change between production runs. A packaging change does not itself indicate a change in the ordered compound, strength or quantity.

    New-U may alter non-material packaging, artwork, label layout or presentation. We will not intentionally substitute a materially different compound, ordered strength, quantity or specification after accepting an order without informing the purchaser.

    Product images on the website are illustrative. Analytical reports reflect testing of the material described in the report at the time of testing; they are not a warranty of results under storage or handling conditions outside our control.

    06 Orders, acceptance and availability

    Product listings and prices on the website constitute an invitation to place an order and do not guarantee availability.

    Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected research materials. A contract is formed only when we accept that offer.

    Acceptance occurs when payment for the order is confirmed and we issue an order confirmation quoting your order reference. Until that point no contract exists, and an order that is abandoned, fails at the payment stage, or is not completed does not become a confirmed order.

    New-U may reject or cancel an order before fulfilment where there is a pricing error, a product availability issue, a compliance concern, a payment failure, suspected fraud, a restricted destination, or another legitimate reason. Where an order is cancelled by us before fulfilment and payment has already been taken, we will return the amount paid using the original payment method where that is possible, or by another reasonable means where it is not.

    Order references

    Order references are issued by New-U at the point an order is created. They are opaque identifiers: they do not encode product, price or customer information, and a partial or reconstructed reference is not sufficient to authorise a lookup or a change to an order. Quote the full reference from your order confirmation in any correspondence.

    07 Pricing, currency and payment

    Prices may be displayed in USD, GBP, EUR or another supported local currency depending on the customer's selected region, detected market or storefront. Prices are exclusive of customs duties, import taxes and other government-imposed charges unless expressly stated at checkout.

    The merchandise subtotal, quantities, vial strengths and discounts shown at the final New-U checkout should remain the basis of the order when the customer proceeds to an external payment provider.

    A currency conversion must not intentionally change the underlying products, vial strength, quantity or merchandise subtotal represented by the customer's order. Where an order begins on one New-U storefront and completes on another, the basket that was priced and displayed at checkout is the basket that is supplied.

    Where a bank, card issuer, payment processor, digital-wallet provider or blockchain payment provider performs its own currency conversion, it may apply an exchange rate, network fee or conversion charge outside New-U's control. The final amount and currency presented before payment authorisation should be reviewed by the customer before payment is submitted.

    Payment methods

  • Available methods. We accept payment through independent third-party card, digital-wallet and cryptocurrency payment providers. The methods available to you are displayed at checkout and may change as providers are added, removed or temporarily unavailable. No order is created until a payment is authorised, so if a method becomes unavailable mid-checkout you can return and select another.
  • Card data. Card and wallet credentials are entered directly into the payment provider's own hosted form. Full card numbers, security codes and expiry dates are not transmitted to, seen by, or stored on New-U systems; we receive a tokenised reference, the card brand, the last four digits and the authorisation status.
  • Cryptocurrency payments. A cryptocurrency payment settles when the required network confirmations are received. Exchange-rate movement after an invoice is generated, network congestion and network fees are properties of the payment network rather than of your order. Sending the wrong asset, sending on the wrong network, or underpaying an invoice may make a payment unrecoverable; verify the asset, network and amount before signing a transaction. Where a payment can be identified and recovered we will work with the provider to do so.
  • Amount and currency. The amount and currency are validated against the order before the order is treated as paid. A payment that does not match the order is not treated as acceptance of that order.
  • 08 Shipping and delivery

    Our Shipping & Delivery policy is the detailed operational statement, including the destination roster, delivery charges, carriers and exception handling. The contractual summary is as follows, and the two pages use the same figures.

    Dispatch
    Orders are normally dispatched within 48 hours of confirmed payment . This is an operational target, not an unconditional guarantee.
    Estimated delivery
    6–14 business days from payment confirmation for supported destinations.
    Preparation and dispatch
    Included within the 6–14 business-day estimate, never added on top of it.
    Tracking
    Provided after dispatch. The carrier's first scan may take approximately 24–48 hours to appear.
    Delivery charge
    Quoted for your destination at checkout, in your displayed currency, before payment.
    Customs and international delays
    May extend the estimate. See § 12.

    What “6–14 business days” means

    Estimated delivery times are measured from payment confirmation unless specifically stated otherwise. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays applicable to the relevant fulfilment or delivery route. The 6–14 business-day estimate includes normal order preparation and dispatch time.

    Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates. Customs inspection, carrier disruption, severe weather, public holidays, incorrect delivery information, remote destinations and events outside New-U's reasonable control can result in additional transit time.

    When a shipment is treated as lost

    The delivery estimate above tells you when to expect a parcel. It is a separate question from the point at which New-U treats a parcel as lost, and the two figures are deliberately not derived from one another.

    For the purposes of New-U's Replacement Policy, an international shipment may be treated as lost where it remains undelivered 23 calendar days after dispatch and tracking does not establish successful delivery, subject to the circumstances and evidence of the individual shipment.

    You do not need to wait for that threshold before contacting us. If a parcel has not arrived within the estimated window, or tracking has stopped updating, contact support with your order reference and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

    09 Tracking and escalation

    Every shipped order receives a tracking reference once the fulfilment facility has generated the shipment.

    Tracking may not show movement immediately. The first carrier scan can take approximately 24–48 hours after dispatch. An absence of an immediate carrier scan does not necessarily mean that the parcel has not been dispatched.

    Situation What to do No tracking reference after 3 business days Contact support with your order reference. No tracking movement for 7 days Contact support so we can open a carrier investigation. Outside the expected delivery window Contact support with your order and tracking references. 23 calendar days after dispatch, still undelivered Replacement Policy review (see § 13).

    10 Delivery address and delivery confirmation

    Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

    Address corrections requested before dispatch will be accommodated where operationally possible, at no cost. Once a shipment has been handed to the carrier, address changes or redirects may not be possible and may depend on the carrier. Where a parcel is returned to sender or a redirect fails, we will contact you to agree the resolution; a delivery-address problem does not by itself forfeit the order.

    Delivery confirmation

    Carrier tracking information may be used as evidence of dispatch, attempted delivery and delivery status.

    Where a shipment is marked delivered but not received, customers should first check the delivery location, other household or workplace recipients, safe-place instructions and any carrier delivery evidence. If the parcel still cannot be located, contact New-U promptly so that the shipment can be investigated. We will ask the carrier for the delivery scan detail — time, location and signature where captured — and review the claim on its evidence. A carrier scan reading “delivered” is evidence, not an automatic rejection of the claim.

    11 Risk in the goods

    Risk and responsibility for goods pass in accordance with applicable law and the nature of the transaction. Nothing in these Terms overrides any mandatory rule providing that goods remain at the trader's risk until received by the customer or an authorised recipient.

    For transactions that are legally business-to-business, different risk-transfer rules may apply where expressly agreed in writing between the parties.

    12 Customs, duties and import responsibility

    The purchaser is responsible for determining whether the research materials ordered may lawfully be imported, possessed and used in the destination jurisdiction.

    Customs duties, import VAT, brokerage charges and other government-imposed charges are the purchaser's responsibility unless expressly included at checkout.

    Shipments are declared accurately. We do not under-declare values or mislabel contents.

    Customs delay or inspection does not automatically constitute loss. Where a shipment is formally seized, returned or remains unresolved, New-U will handle the matter in accordance with the version of the Replacement Policy applicable to the order.

    13 Replacements, refunds and statutory rights

    Except where applicable law requires otherwise, New-U's standard commercial remedy for qualifying lost, damaged, incorrect or otherwise eligible shipments is replacement in accordance with the Replacement Policy.

    Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or attempts to waive any refund, replacement, cancellation or other remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law. Where a mandatory consumer right applies to your purchase, it applies in addition to the remedy described here and is unaffected by it.

    Replacement ordinarily covers shipments that are:

  • damaged in transit;
  • lost by the carrier, or undelivered at the threshold set out in § 08;
  • formally seized, detained indefinitely, or returned by customs;
  • materially incorrect — a different compound, strength or quantity from the one ordered; or
  • defective on arrival, including a compromised tamper-evident seal.
  • Claims are assessed on evidence. Damage, defect and incorrect-item claims need clear photographs of the item, its labelling and the packaging as received; lost, seized and non-arrival claims need the carrier tracking reference and any customs or non-delivery notice issued to you. Report damage, an incorrect item or a broken seal as soon as the order arrives — those claims do not wait on any delivery window.

    Research materials that have been opened, reconstituted or handled outside their original sealed packaging cannot be replaced on change-of-mind grounds, for handling and integrity reasons. This does not affect a claim that the material supplied was itself incorrect or defective, and does not affect any mandatory right described above.

    14 Events outside our reasonable control

    New-U is not responsible for delay caused solely by events outside its reasonable control, including postal disruption, carrier failure, customs intervention, severe weather, natural disasters, armed conflict, government restrictions or sanctions, network and infrastructure outages, supplier interruption, and industrial action.

    Where such an event occurs we will tell you as soon as we reasonably can, and we will take reasonable steps to resume performance. If the event makes performance impossible for a prolonged period, either party may end the affected order and we will return any amount paid for undelivered materials.

    This clause limits responsibility for delay caused by such events. It does not remove any obligation or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, and it is not a general exclusion of our obligation to supply what you paid for.

    15 Payment disputes and chargebacks

    Customers are encouraged to contact New-U before initiating a payment dispute so that we have an opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter. In most cases a single email resolves an issue faster than a bank dispute, and we would rather fix the problem than argue about it with an issuer.

    Fraudulent, knowingly false, duplicate or abusive disputes may result in account restrictions or further investigation.

    Nothing in these Terms restricts a legitimate statutory right, or a lawful right available through a card issuer, bank or payment provider. Raising a genuine dispute is not a breach of these Terms.

    16 Limitation of liability

    To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, New-U (Hilxera Distribution Services LLC), its officers, members, employees and suppliers are not liable for:

  • indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from the use or misuse of research materials;
  • injury, illness or death resulting from human or animal consumption of research materials supplied for laboratory use only;
  • loss of data, revenue, profits or business opportunity;
  • damages arising from reliance on product descriptions, analytical reports or third-party test results beyond what those documents state;
  • service interruptions, website downtime or technical errors; or
  • the acts or omissions of third-party service providers, carriers or payment providers, other than as set out in these Terms and the Replacement Policy.
  • Subject to the paragraph below, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to your use of our research materials or services will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific materials giving rise to the claim.

    Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for: (a) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (b) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; or (c) any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

    17 Intellectual property

    Content on this website — text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, documentation and software — is the property of Hilxera Distribution Services LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from site content without our prior written consent.
  • Third-party compound names and trademarks referenced on this site are used for identification only and remain the property of their owners.
  • The New-U Research Compounds name, logo and branding may not be used in promotional material without a signed licensing or distribution agreement.
  • 18 Distribution and resale

    Research materials purchased from New-U are supplied for the research use of the registered purchaser. You agree that you will not:

  • resell, redistribute or transfer research materials to any third party for human or animal consumption;
  • represent yourself as an authorised distributor or agent of New-U without a signed distribution agreement;
  • use New-U branding, trademarks or imagery in promotional material without written consent; or
  • export research materials in breach of the law of your country or the destination country.
  • Wholesale, distribution and institutional-supply enquiries can be directed through our contact page. Unauthorised resale may result in account termination.

    19 Affiliate programme

    New-U operates an affiliate programme allowing approved partners to earn commission on referred sales. Participation is subject to the following:

  • Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with New-U to their audience, in line with applicable advertising standards (including FTC guidance and ASA rules).
  • Affiliates must not make health or therapeutic claims, or imply that research materials are supplied for human use.
  • Affiliates must use approved marketing materials and messaging.
  • Affiliates must comply with applicable law in their jurisdiction.
  • Self-referral — using your own affiliate link for your own purchases — is not permitted.
  • We may suspend or terminate an affiliate account that breaches these conditions, withhold commission on fraudulent referrals, and take further action where appropriate.

    20 Account suspension and termination

    We may suspend or terminate an account and decline to supply where:

  • these Terms have been breached;
  • we reasonably suspect fraud, identity misrepresentation or abuse;
  • a payment dispute is raised fraudulently or abusively (see § 15);
  • research materials are being resold or redistributed in breach of § 18; or
  • materials are being used in a way inconsistent with their research-only purpose.
  • Termination does not affect obligations or liabilities already incurred, or any statutory right you hold in respect of an order already placed.

    21 Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hilxera Distribution Services LLC, its officers, members, employees and agents against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and reasonable legal fees arising from your use or misuse of research materials purchased from us, your breach of these Terms, or your breach of applicable law. This does not apply to the extent a claim arises from our own breach, negligence or misrepresentation.

    22 Community forum and user content

    If you post in our community forum or submit a review, you are responsible for the content you contribute, and you agree that:

  • you will not make health or therapeutic claims, or suggest that any research material is supplied for human or animal consumption;
  • you will not post other people's personal data, or unlawful, infringing or abusive content;
  • content is moderated, and we may flag, hide, edit or remove a submission and suspend posting privileges; and
  • you grant New-U a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, store and reproduce your submission on our site and related channels.
  • Forum posts, handles and uploaded images are publicly visible. See the Privacy Policy for how that data is handled.

    23 Optional research tracker

    New-U offers an optional record-keeping tool that displays entries you choose to log. It is provided “as is” and:

  • does not recommend, prescribe or calculate a quantity for you, and is not a calculator for personal use;
  • does not constitute medical, clinical or professional advice and must not be relied on as such; and
  • displays only the schedules, quantities and measurements you enter.
  • Use of the tracker is entirely optional and is not required to place an order. Research materials remain research-use-only, and any real-world use is outside their intended purpose and is your responsibility. Entries you record in the tracker are handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

    24 Governing law and disputes

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. The parties submit to the courts of the State of Wyoming for the resolution of disputes arising from these Terms.

    Nothing in this governing-law provision removes any mandatory protections or jurisdictional rights that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude. Where the law of your country of residence gives you the benefit of mandatory consumer-protection rules, or the right to bring proceedings in your local courts, those rights are unaffected by this clause.

    If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.

    25 Contact

    Questions, concerns or complaints about these Terms can be directed to:

    Please include your order reference in any correspondence about an order. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, banking passwords, cryptocurrency seed phrases or private keys — we never need them, and we will never ask for them.

    Version history

    Your order is governed by the version of these Terms in force on the day it was placed (§ 02). Superseded revisions are retained. If you need the wording as it stood on a particular date, email us with your order reference and we will send it.

    Version Date What changed v2.2 28 August 2026 Added an explicit order-version protection clause: the Terms applicable to an order are the version in force when the order was placed, and updates apply prospectively (§ 02). Replaced the previous statement that continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of every new version. Stated the contracting entity consistently with the Privacy Policy, About, Contact and Delivery pages: New-U Research Compounds is the trading brand; Hilxera Distribution Services LLC is the contracting party. Added a product identification and vial codes section distinguishing the customer-facing vial code, the production batch record and the analytical report, and describing how a vial is related back to its documentation. Removed the clause permitting New-U to change “product formulations or specifications without notice”. Replaced with a commitment not to substitute a materially different compound, strength, quantity or specification after accepting an order without informing the purchaser. Added a proper order-formation section: listings are an invitation to order, submission is an offer, and acceptance occurs on confirmed payment plus an order confirmation. Removed “all prices are displayed in USD”. Replaced with a pricing, currency and payment section covering multi-currency display, the checkout basket as the basis of the order, and third-party conversion charges outside our control. Removed the hard-coded payment-processor list and the unverified “licensed” and “PCI DSS-compliant” descriptions of third parties, in favour of a statement of what New-U itself does and does not receive. Resolved the delivery-clock contradiction. The “16-day delivery window from dispatch” is gone; delivery is stated once, as 6–14 business days from payment confirmation including preparation and dispatch, matching /delivery. Restated the 48-hour dispatch figure as an operational target (“normally dispatched within”) rather than a guarantee. Separated the lost-parcel threshold (23 calendar days after dispatch, for Replacement Policy purposes) from the delivery estimate, and stopped deriving one from the other. Added tracking expectations and a written escalation ladder, including the 24–48 hour carrier first-scan window. Added delivery-address responsibility and a delivery-confirmation process for “marked delivered but not received”, instead of an automatic rejection on a delivery scan. Replaced the absolute “risk passes on handover to the carrier” rule with one that preserves mandatory rules on risk in consumer sales, with an express B2B carve-out. Aligned customs wording with the Replacement Policy: a customs delay is not automatically a loss, and seizure is handled under the Replacement Policy version applicable to the order. Removed “there is no refund policy” and “no monetary refunds under any circumstances”. Replacement is stated as the standard commercial remedy, expressly subject to remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Added a bounded force majeure clause that does not operate as a general exclusion. Rewrote the chargeback clause so that raising a legitimate dispute is not penalised and statutory and issuer rights are preserved. Added a mandatory-rights saving to the governing-law clause. Rebuilt the page as an institutional document: no decorative helix, no promotional UI, inline contents, breadcrumbs and this version-history table. v2.1 13 July 2026 Previous published revision. Text retained as the version in force for orders placed between 13 July 2026 and 27 August 2026. It stated prices in USD only, listed named card and cryptocurrency processors, measured non-arrival against a 16-day delivery window from dispatch, described the replacement remedy as “no refunds”, and passed risk on handover to the carrier. v1.0 24 March 2026 First published Terms & Conditions.

    Revisions published between the dates listed above are retained in our records. Email us with an order reference and we will provide the wording that applied to that order.
