How long does delivery take and how is my order packaged?
Because we ship direct from the source with no middleman, delivery typically takes 6–14 business days worldwide. International shipments may experience additional delays due to customs processing.
All shipments leave in discreet, unmarked outer packaging with no reference to peptides or research chemicals. Products are packed with cooling inserts where required to maintain integrity during transit.
How do I track my order?
Every order ships with full tracking. A tracking number is emailed to you once your order leaves our facility. You can monitor your shipment in real time through the carrier's portal, and we send live status updates — including out-for-delivery and any delivery-exception notices — straight from our carrier-tracking integration.

Who is responsible for customs and import duties?
The buyer is solely responsible for ensuring that importation of research compounds is lawful in their country.
What if my order is lost or damaged?
Any issues with your order? Email us at newu.io.peptides@gmail.com with your order number and photos of any damaged packaging. Report damage or wrong items as soon as your order arrives; a parcel counts as lost once tracking shows no delivery 23 days from dispatch (16-day window + 7-day buffer).
We will review your claim, investigate with the carrier, and reship if the order is seized, lost or damaged. See our Replacement Policy.
