About New-U Research Compounds
New-U is a research-compound supply platform. Every product sold through it is supplied strictly as laboratory research material. This page sets out who operates the platform, what it supplies, how released inventory is documented, and how an order reaches a research customer.
New-U Research Compounds is the customer-facing trading brand and research-supply platform operated by Hilxera Distribution Services LLC , a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States. Company ID 2026-001928701 . Orders placed through new-u.io are contracted with Hilxera Distribution Services LLC (Terms § 01).

01 Who we are
New-U Research Compounds is operated by Hilxera Distribution Services LLC, a Wyoming-registered distributor. The platform coordinates research-compound sourcing, batch verification, analytical-document management, the product catalogue, customer ordering, payment orchestration, international fulfilment and post-order support.
We serve research customers internationally, including the United Kingdom, the United States, the European Union, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. The full destination roster and what it costs to reach each one is published on the Shipping & Delivery page.
New-U is not a pharmacy, a clinic or a medical provider, and does not hold itself out as one.
02 What we supply
Research compounds and laboratory materials, supplied strictly for research use. The catalogue covers research peptides and laboratory accessories such as bacteriostatic water and preparation consumables.
Everything New-U supplies is a laboratory research material. It is not a medicine, supplement, food, cosmetic or veterinary product, and it is not supplied for human or animal consumption, administration, diagnosis, treatment, prevention or therapeutic use. New-U does not provide medical, clinical or veterinary advice and does not recommend or calculate quantities for any person or animal.
The current catalogue, per-product documentation and pricing live on the shop. Background material for research readers — how to read an analytical report, what HPLC and mass-spectrometry terminology means, storage and reconstitution — is in Peptide 101, the how-to library and the glossary, kept deliberately separate from anything resembling medical advice.
03 Verification
The research-compound market is full of generic language — “premium”, “pharmaceutical grade”, “high purity”. Those descriptions are only useful when analytical documentation backs them, which is why New-U does not publish a single site-wide purity figure.
Released New-U peptide batches are analysed through independent third-party analytical laboratories — Janoshik Analytics and/or Freedom Diagnostics, depending on the released batch — and batch-linked analytical reports are maintained in the New-U Certificate of Analysis library. Depending on the batch and the report, verification may include HPLC purity analysis and mass-spectrometry identity confirmation.
Read the report, not the adjective. The laboratory, method, reported result and test date for a given batch are stated on that batch's own analytical report. A purity figure quoted for one batch is evidence about that batch, and we do not extend it across a catalogue.
Analytical reports reflect testing of the material described in the report at the time of testing. They are not a warranty of results under storage or handling conditions outside our control.
04 Batch documentation
New-U uses concise identification codes on vial labels. These identifiers are designed to identify the supplied product and presentation. Manufacturing batch and analytical-report information may be maintained separately within the associated fulfilment and supplier documentation.
In other words, four distinct records connect a vial in a researcher's hand to the analytical report behind it. They are related, but they are not all printed on the label:
Researchers requiring confirmation of the analytical documentation associated with received inventory can contact New-U with their order reference and vial identification code . We use the associated fulfilment record to identify the relevant inventory documentation.
Packaging designs and label presentation may change between production runs. A packaging change does not itself indicate a change in the ordered compound, strength or quantity. The contractual position on product identification is in Terms § 05, and what arrives in a parcel is described on Shipping & Delivery.
05 Fulfilment
Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 48 hours after confirmed payment . Standard international delivery is estimated at 6–14 business days from payment confirmation , depending on destination, customs and carrier conditions. That estimate already includes preparation and dispatch, and it is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date.
Orders are packed in sealed, discreet outer packaging with no external branding, and dispatched on tracked delivery services appropriate to the destination. Every shipped order receives a tracking reference once the shipment is generated; the carrier's first scan normally appears 24–48 hours later.
Carriers, rates, customs responsibility, delivery exceptions and the lost-parcel threshold are all set out in full on Shipping & Delivery, which is the canonical operational policy. The contractual summary is in Terms § 08, and replacement is governed by the Replacement Policy.

07 Common questions
Who operates New-U Research Compounds?
New-U Research Compounds is the customer-facing trading brand and research-supply platform operated by Hilxera Distribution Services LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, company ID 2026-001928701. Orders placed through new-u.io are contracted with Hilxera Distribution Services LLC.
Are New-U research compounds independently tested?
Released peptide batches are analysed through independent third-party analytical laboratories, including Janoshik Analytics and Freedom Diagnostics depending on the batch. The laboratory, method and reported result for a given batch should be read from that batch's own analytical report rather than from a site-wide claim.
Does the code on a vial label show the manufacturing batch number?
Not necessarily. New-U uses concise identification codes on vial labels to identify the supplied product and its presentation. Manufacturing batch and analytical-report information may be maintained separately within the associated fulfilment and supplier documentation. Researchers requiring confirmation of the analytical documentation associated with received inventory can contact New-U with their order reference and vial identification code.
Does New-U provide Certificates of Analysis?
Yes. New-U maintains a Certificate of Analysis library for released research-compound batches and links batch documentation from relevant product and research pages. Where batch-specific analytical documentation is published, it can be reviewed there.
How long does a New-U order take to arrive?
Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 48 hours after confirmed payment. Standard international delivery is estimated at 6–14 business days from payment confirmation, depending on destination, customs and carrier conditions. That estimate already includes preparation and dispatch. Full detail is on Shipping & Delivery.
Is New-U a pharmacy or medical provider?
No. New-U is not a pharmacy, clinic or medical provider. The research compounds in the catalogue are supplied for laboratory research only and are not represented as licensed medicines or as products for human or veterinary consumption.
How can I verify that a website is an official New-U site?
New-U maintains an official-domains page listing the domains operated by or associated with the platform. Check it before entering account or payment information on any site claiming to be New-U.
