The New-U Forum is a research-first community. These rules keep it compliant, useful, and safe.

3. No requests for personal dosing, injection, or "is this safe for me" guidance.
4. Cite sources where you can — link to COAs, papers, or New-U blog references.
5. Be civil. No spam, no doxxing, no illegal-sourcing facilitation.
6. Staff and moderators may edit titles, lock, move, or remove non-compliant posts.
