Best label printer for small vial labels?

Half off-topic, half deadly serious. My handwriting on a vial label is a hazard. Looking for a small thermal label printer people actually like for tiny vial-sized labels that survive the freezer.

Bonus points if the labels don't peel after a few freeze-thaw cycles. What's on your bench?

Small thermal printer here, the kind that does tiny addressing labels. Survives the freezer if you let the vial dry before applying — condensation is what makes labels peel, not the cold itself.

Same advice — and apply the label, then a small wrap of clear tape over it. Belt and braces. My two-label religion extends to two layers of adhesive, apparently.

My handwriting on a vial is a cry for help. The thermal printer saved my relationship with documentation. Cannot recommend the little machine enough.

Printer, then a strip of clear tape over the label, then a second label underneath in case of betrayal. I've made my peace with being like this.

Mine prints a little QR code that links to the inventory row. Overkill? Absolutely. Have I lost a vial since? Also yes, but now I lose them with style.
