    Strength only. The 5mg combo carries BPC-157 5 mg and TB-500 5 mg — 10 mg total. This one doubles both to 10 mg each, for 20 mg total, at the same 1:1 ratio. The compounds are identical; the higher-strength vial simply covers more of a protocol per reconstitution.

    Do I reconstitute it the same way as the 5mg vial?

    Not if you want the same concentration. A 20 mg vial reconstituted in the volume you would use for a 10 mg vial is twice as concentrated, which doubles delivered mass per unit volume. Either double the diluent volume or halve the draw volume. This is the most common error when switching between the two strengths.

    Do BPC-157 and TB-500 work better together?

    No study has shown that. They are combined because their research domains overlap, not because synergy has been demonstrated — no pharmacokinetic, interaction or comparative efficacy data exists for the pair administered together.
