BPC+TB 5mg Combo: Stacks research guide
In short: A two-compound research blend combining BPC-157 (5 mg) and TB-500 (5 mg) in a single vial — the two most-cited peptides in tissue-repair research, pre-combined. It is studied in preclinical (cell and animal) research and is supplied strictly for laboratory use, not for human or clinical use.
Not medical advice. BPC+TB 5mg Combo is a research compound. This guide does not provide dosing, diagnosis, therapy recommendations, or claims about effects in humans.

What to know first
BPC-157 is often framed around local repair signalling; TB-500–class fragments around cell motility and actin dynamics.
If you are designing experiments, control for dose, route, and model species separately for each component.
The two most-cited tissue-repair research peptides pre-combined in one vial
BPC-157 (5 mg): pentadecapeptide studied for angiogenic and VEGFR2 signalling
TB-500 (5 mg): thymosin beta-4 fragment studied for actin binding and cell migration
Details and limits sit in the sections below. Research use only.
What BPC+TB 5mg Combo is
Combination formats are discussed in community research contexts, but peer-reviewed work usually studies BPC-157 and TB-500–class peptides as separate entities. A honest guide treats them as distinct mechanisms that scientists sometimes compare.
One-paragraph overview from our research datasheet. Still scientific, but faster to read than the full mechanism list below.

Research contexts
Peer-reviewed papers discuss BPC+TB 5mg Combo in specific lab settings. The points below reflect research questions, not health claims.
Research vs. personal use: Literature describes experiments in cells and animals. That is distinct from real-world use. Our products are for laboratory research only.
Typical study contexts
Published evidence is strongest when each peptide is characterised alone; “stack” anecdotes rarely map to a single controlled study of the blend.
Lab users typically inventory both compounds separately even when SKUs ship together, handling and stability still follow each datasheet.
Component peptides are usually characterised individually first; combination papers are less common.

Why Stacks research matters
Stack products combine research peptides. Guides note how components are usually studied alone first.
Mechanisms (technical review)
Our datasheet lists mechanistic themes from preclinical work. These are research endpoints, not health claims.

Lab handling & preparation
Storage: Lyophilised powder: store in freezer (−20 °C). Reconstituted: refrigerate 1–6 °C, away from sunlight. Use within the validated stability window for the specific batch and formulation.. See the storage guide.
Research dosing context: Literature typically discusses Research protocols follow the separate BPC-157 and TB-500 literature rather than a combined schedule. Component studies commonly use daily or alternate-day subcutaneous administration in short cycles No pharmacokinetic study exists for the two compounds administered as a fixed blend. BPC-157 and TB-500 have distinct clearance profiles, and combining them in a vial does not create a shared one — TB-500 in particular is often described with a longer effective window than BPC-157 in the animal literature, which is why component protocols frequently differ in frequency. Derive any schedule from the individual literature. These figures describe published research and are not a dosing recommendation.
Preparation: Follow the reconstitution guide. Confirm volumes with the calculator.
Purity check: Use the COA reading guide and the published BPC+TB 5mg Combo Certificate of Analysis.
Common Questions People Are Asking
What is in the BPC+TB 5mg Combo?
Each vial contains BPC-157 5 mg and TB-500 5 mg — 10 mg of total peptide, in a fixed 1:1 ratio across every vial in the pack. Both components are also available individually, so the blend can be benchmarked against its parts. It is supplied for laboratory research only and is not for human use.
How does this differ from the 10mg combo?
Only in strength. The BPC+TB 10mg Combo contains BPC-157 10 mg and TB-500 10 mg per vial — 20 mg total, double this one, at the same 1:1 ratio. The compounds and the ratio are identical; the higher-strength vial simply carries more of each per reconstitution.
Do BPC-157 and TB-500 work better together?
No study has shown that. They are combined because their research domains overlap, not because synergy has been demonstrated — no pharmacokinetic, interaction or comparative efficacy data exists for the pair administered together. Their mechanisms are genuinely distinct: angiogenic signalling for BPC-157, actin binding for TB-500.
Is a fixed blend a disadvantage for protocol design?
It can be. The animal literature commonly describes TB-500 with a longer effective window than BPC-157, so component protocols often use different frequencies. A fixed blend forces a single administration frequency on both. If that matters for a given research design, the separate compounds give more control.
How should the combo be stored?
Keep the lyophilised powder frozen at −20 °C. After reconstitution with bacteriostatic water or sterile saline, refrigerate at 1–6 °C and protect from light. Because the vial contains two compounds with different stability characteristics, use it within the validated window for the batch rather than extrapolating from either component alone.
