Summer shipping reality: a package sat in a hot van and the gel pack was fully thawed on arrival. Lyophilised powder, so probably fine, but I want to document the excursion properly rather than shrug.
How do you record a temperature excursion on arrival? Photo of the thawed pack, note the ambient, log it against the batch? Looking for a sensible paper trail standard.
