Summer shipping: how cold are your gel packs on arrival?

New here and logging my first few deliveries. With the warmer weather, how cold are people's gel packs actually arriving, and how are you recording the condition at intake? Building an arrival-temperature habit and want to know what "normal" looks like.

Welcome, Dan. "Normal" in summer: packs should still be cool-to-cold on arrival, not fully thawed-and-warm. Photograph the pack, note the ambient and the date against the batch. A fully-warm pack is worth raising with the supplier — document first, then ask.

Good first habit to build, Dan. There's an older "vials arrived warm — how are you logging it?" thread in this category with a solid paper-trail standard worth copying. Welcome aboard.
