I keep reinventing the same inventory sheet. Columns I currently track: compound, batch number, COA on file (y/n), arrival date, storage temp, reconstitution date, concentration, location in the freezer box.
Before I over-engineer it again — does anyone have a lean template they actually stick to? Happy to compile submissions into one shared version.
