CJC-1295 with and without DAC — documenting the difference

For the reference file: the with-DAC and no-DAC versions are different molecules and the literature treats them separately, but I keep seeing them conflated in casual write-ups.

How do you label them in your inventory so there's zero ambiguity months later? I've started writing the full variant on the cap and the notebook line, never an abbreviation.

Full variant on the cap and the notebook line, never an abbreviation — exactly your approach. "CJC-1295 (no DAC)" written out. Abbreviating it is how the two get conflated in the first place.

And keep the COA filed under the exact variant name too. I've seen an inventory where "CJC" pointed at a COA for the wrong version. One word of ambiguity, one bad afternoon.
